1、Members of MHA are organizational members.

2、The members of MHA consist of organizational members and are classified as follows:

• Full Member:
  Any individual or legal entity that holds a license to operate a hotel in the Macao Special Administrative Region, agrees with the objectives of the MHA, and is willing to comply with its Articles of MHA, may apply to become a full member. The application for full membership will undergo a review process and requires approval by the Council.
• Associate Member:
  Other tourism entities, such as travel agencies, as well as industrial and commercial tourism-related enterprises or entities, may apply to become associate members of MHA. The number of associate members shall not exceed 20% of the total membership of MHA. The Council will review and approve the applications, granting associate membership status to the eligible entities.

3、All Full members and Associate Members are required to pay membership fees, annual fees, and any other necessary expenses.

4、MHA reserves the right to appoint Honorary President, Honorary Chairman, and Honorary Consultant from among distinguished individuals who have made outstanding contributions, social public figures, or authoritative professionals. The appointments of Honorary positions are subject to approval by the President and the Council.
